Terms & refunds

Who sells

Axiom Prime (axiomprime.net) sells digital templates and tools made by Ryan Botha. Contact: [email protected].

Checkout and payment

Each product page says which platform handles its checkout. Checkout opens in a window over this site (or on the platform's own page) and is run by that platform; this site never sees or stores your card details.

• Gumroad: Gumroad acts as the merchant of record for sales on its platform, so the charge and any sales tax are handled by Gumroad, and Gumroad emails your receipt.
• Payhip: checkout is provided by Payhip, and payment is taken through the payment method shown at checkout (such as card or PayPal). Payhip emails your download link.

Prices

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Any sales tax or VAT that applies is calculated at checkout.

Delivery

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped. Your download is available right after payment, on the confirmation screen and by email from Gumroad or Payhip.

Refunds

Because digital downloads can't be returned, purchases are non-refundable, except when a file is faulty or not as described. In that case, email [email protected] with your order email and what's wrong, and we'll fix it, send a replacement, or refund you.

Licence

Each product page and the licence file included with the download (where provided) say exactly how you may use it. In summary, products are for personal use and the small commercial or client use described on that product's page. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves.
